Constrained-site ground or air legs that hand off to a Wise Hold locker. Weather, geofence, and a human in the loop are part of the scope.
Replenishment
Min/max on Wise Crib, Orbit, and Vend. A ping to the person who restocks — not a dashboard of vanity KPIs.
Site robots
Inspection or patrol only where the property and insurance allow it. Written before the first run.
Systems, not a pile of apps
Automations we actually write: overdue locker ping, replenishment when a coil runs low, hold a route when weather or a door faults. Integrations with the systems you already run are in the scope if they earn their keep — we do not lead with a logo wall.
